Vintage Garcia Mitchell 308A Spinning Reel.
Spool is in fair condition, could use a polishing. Drag works as it should, no issue there, just cosmetic.
I have been an avid collector and repairer of these vintage reels with NOS and good condition used parts. But let me tell you, this reel is trashed by my standards. The bail does not work properly, however there is no play between the rotor and the body, and the A/R works as it should.
Great for parts or fixing the bail, I have no desire to work on this piece.
