Hello. I want to say that I always try to describe the items as best as I can. I do not claim to be an expert on the majority of the items I sell. Here is yet another great reel from the land of over 10,000 lakes.
Please note that I also have the Zebco 3 Cardinal from 1977 listed in my store on eBay while it lasts.
This is in very good cosmetic condition. The reel foot has a little paint loss which shows it was mounted at some point. The body over the spool (photo 8) has a scrape on it and one other smaller one.
I removed the line as I do with every reel I sell. I did test this before I did that and all of its functions worked fine.
Brand is Zebco.
Made in Sweden.
Model is Cardinal 4.
Serial number is 791101. I believe they call this the tan series and the 79 is for 1979, the 11 is for November and the 01 means its had one revision to it.
The colors are tan and a dark green.
The bottom of the reel foot says Product of Sweden 791101.
