    Description

    A very special cover authorized by her majesty Queen Elizabeth II for the exhibition of parts of the Queens personal collection at the RPSC Royal Royale in 2006.  The covers were limited to only those that attended the awards banquet for the RPSC stamp show.  The cover is in very fine condition.
