Antique Vintage Oval Ornate Perfume Tray with Mirror and Needle Work Insert

It is beautiful vanity tray decorated with filigree details. Very elegant and good quality piece. It has the needle work around the oval mirror. The fabric has some stains and discolorations. Perhaps tray can be pulled apart and fabric cleaned a little.
The mirror is cloudy and is not clear.  The backing is finished with some velvet. Gorgeous item.
