Q: How do you determine your Buy It Now prices?
A: We believe that higher Buy It Now prices will produce serious buyers and quality offers. While most of the items are priced to sell, we hope to encourage offers by listing the way we do. If you’d like to negotiate, please submit a reasonable offer and we will counter.

Regarding Funko Pops or related Funko items:
Items are purchased directly from Funko Shop, a shared retailer, or an authorized seller.
•Free shipping! (most likely will be 2 or 3-DAY UPS, but it cannot be guaranteed).  We typically ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, so depending on when the auction ends and the amount of orders we need to fulfill your order may not go out until then.  Please keep in mind we do have a 3 Day processing time and most orders do get shipped out before then.  However, depending on  Holidays and when the auction ends-you may experience a bit of delay.  Please feel free to message us about your fulfillment or order at any time.
•Please see listing for the item's estimated grade/condition or sticker version.
•We cannot guarantee the item to be free from flaws, thus we provide an estimated grade out of 10 (10 being Mint, which is near impossible).  Most pops without obvious flaws will be graded 9.8.  All grading is our opinion on the scale out of 10 and may not matching your grading system.  By bidding you acknowledge this.  The grading system is based on box condition and NOT the Pop itself.
We do NOT open our boxes or inspect the item itself.
•We are in-box Funko Pop collectors, we means we do NOT unbox the Pop when it comes into our possession.  Therefore, we are not responsible for any damages or defects of the product OOB (out of box).  We will not unbox items for any reason at all.  By purchasing you acknowledge any of these risks.  We recommend using payment that has purchase protection, in case you are not happy with the item out of box.  We will not accept liability for the function or cosmetic look of the toy itself, as we are not the manufacturer.
• In most cases we will ship in a pop protector or a cardboard sorter to avoid damaging an item.
Regarding all Collectibles:
•Some collectibles have a grading scale that may not match your own. Please request for detailed pictures if you need to. We provide grading scales on our discretion, as most collectibles require it
•If you have further questions please reach out before bidding.  If you bid or buy, you are acknowledging that you have all the information and pictures of the box or item you need.
•Item comes brand new and unopened. Once again, we do not open original packaging
• We are not responsible for shipping damages, package delays, or lost items.  Please request the appropriate insurance if you need it.  Items shown with a soft protector will be shipped in that fashion.
•Any attempt to defraud us or chargeback will result in an IC3.GOV (FBI cybercrimes) and police report being filed
•If you fail to pay your bid, you will be banned from buying from us in the future.
